Return Policy: - Damaged Product
We strive to ensure your order is inspected and properly packed for shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately (by e-mail or phone). Ship the order back to us and upon receipt, we will replace it. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping fees back to us (we use Priority Mail, UPS, Parcel Post) and send the replacement order at no additional expense to you. As some items are unique, if we can not send an exact replacement, we will notify you and issue either a store credit or refund.

Please be cautious in your purchasing! The items we sell are collectibles. Most items are shipped factory sealed, if they've been opened, they cannot be restocked, and are therefore not returnable. Important: The returned item must be in sellable condition. If the item was shipped to you new, and has been opened, it is NOT returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us by phone or e-mail. Ship the order back to us within 30 days from date of order. If above conditions are met: ie the item has not been opened, you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.
Note: Any items returned after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 60 days.
